Grilled Black-Olive Burger With Japanese Vinegar

This burger combines the rich flavors of black olives and Parmesan cheese with a tangy Japanese vinegar sauce for a unique and delicious twist on a classic grilled burger.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices for garnish

Instructions:

Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped black olives, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl

Add pepper and salt

Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties

Set your grill's heat to medium-high and grease the grate

The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Japanese rice vinegar, and soy sauce together to make the sauce while the burgers are cooking

For about a minute or two, toast the burger buns on the grill until they're just barely brown

To make the burgers, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, then a burger patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, and a dollop of the Japanese vinegar sauce

Put the other half of the bun on top, and serve hot

Take a bite of your grilled black olive burger with Japanese vinegar
