Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
Add the vanilla extract, almond extract, and eggs, and mix until well combined

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms
Divide the dough into two equal portions, and shape each portion into a disc
Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line baking sheets with parchment paper
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of the chilled dough to about 1/4-inch thickness
Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and transfer them to the prepared baking sheets
Repeat the rolling and cutting process with the remaining dough
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely
Once cooled, you can decorate the cookies with icing or sprinkles if desired
