Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan Reese's Pieces
- 1 cup vegan Butterfinger chunks
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, cream together vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
Add applesauce and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms
Fold in vegan Reese's Pieces and Butterfinger chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
