Spicy Buffalo Wings with Greek Yogurt Dip



Spice up your Football Sunday with these crispy and spicy Buffalo wings, served with a cool and creamy Greek yogurt dip. It's the perfect game day snack!

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Celery sticks and carrot sticks for serving

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat

Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix them all together

Mix everything together for a few minutes

Put away

Put the chicken wings on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Add salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper to taste

The chicken wings should be baked in a hot oven for 40 to 45 minutes, turning them over once during that time, until they are crispy and done

Make the Greek yogurt dip while the wings are in the oven

Put the Greek yogurt, dried parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them together

Put it in the fridge until you're ready to serve it

Take the chicken wings out of the oven when they're done and coat them well with the spicy Buffalo sauce that you made ahead of time

Serve the Spicy Buffalo Wings with carrot sticks, celery sticks, and the chilled Greek yogurt dip
