Ingredients:
- 1 cooked lobster tail, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large sandwich rolls, split and toasted
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chopped lobster tail, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper
