Ingredients:
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free lemon pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Mix sugar-free lemon pudding mix, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl until everything is well mixed
Put the yogurt mixture on top of the fresh berries in bowls or glasses for serving
Do this again and again until all the ingredients are used up
If you want, you can sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of each parfait
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
