Gluten-Free Peppermint Mocha No Bake Cheesecake Ball



Indulge in the delightful flavors of peppermint mocha with this gluten-free, no-bake cheesecake ball. Perfect for holiday gatherings or anytime you crave a festive treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free chocolate cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy canes

Instructions:

Beat cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth

Mixed sugar, cocoa powder, coffee that has been brewed, and peppermint extract should be added

Mix everything together well

Crushed gluten-free chocolate cookies should be mixed in until they are spread out evenly

Make a ball out of the mixture and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set

Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until smooth while the cheesecake ball chills

Take the cheesecake ball out of the fridge and cover it with melted chocolate

Add crushed peppermint candy canes on top

Put it back in the fridge for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set

You can dip gluten-free cookies or crackers in it
